The process
What we hold to on this.
The brake press folds to four metres and 150 tonnes, with a six-axis back gauge programmed offline. The first fold matches the last one, which matters most on a run of flashings that all have to sit together on a roof.
Anything from a single bracket to architectural flashings and trays. Tell us the material and the finished dimension and we will work out the bend allowance. If the radius matters, say so and we will fold a sample first.
